IRB Research(Required)
Will Research Visitor be involved in IRB research?

Has the Faculty Host listed the Research Visitor on the IRB Protocol, and received approval from the IRB Committee?

Has the Research Visitor completed required training in human subjects protection, and, when applicable, HIPAA training?

Will the Research Visitor be working with vertebrate animals?
